Density offers a convenient means of obtaining the mass of a body from its volume or vice versa; the mass is equal to the volume multiplied by the density, while the volume is equal to the mass divided by the density. The weight of a body, which is usually of more practical interest than its mass, can be obtained by multiplying the mass by the acceleration of gravity. Tables that list the weight per unit volume of substances are also available; this quantity has various titles, such as weight density, specific weight, or unit weight. My hypothesis was that the additional amount of displacement needed would be .54 liters. The needed amount of displacement was found by first finding the difference between the mass and displacement. The solution was the difference in mass and the weight of the water being moved. This solution was divided by the density of the salt water at Seaquarium, which was 1.03 kilograms. The materials that were needed to conduct this experiment was a concrete or lead object, a scale to weigh the object, string, empty bottles, sea water, a graduated cylinder for measuring the water accurately, and buckets filled with sea water. The procedure followed to perform the experimentation is as follows:1.Choose a concrete or lead object and weigh it on a scale. The unit of the scale was pounds. It s mass was 2.7 pounds. 2.To find the weight of the object in ounces, the whole number of the weight was multiplied by 16 and then add the decimal. Then the solution was divided by 16. To convert the weight from ounces to kilograms, 2.44 was divided by 2.2. 3.To obtain the volume of the object, a bucket was filled with sea water .The inside of the bucket was marked with a marker where the water reached. Then the object was placed into to the bucket to see how much the water would rise. When the object was taken out, the water height reduced. 4.Using a graduated cylinder in liters, we measured how much water it took to reach the original point. This is the volume of the object. We converted it into liters by dividing by 1000. 5.Displacement was calculated by multiplying the objects volume by the density of the seawater..65 x 1.03 = .6695 Liters To find the extra amount of displacement needed was found by finding the difference between the mass and displacement. The solution was the difference in mass and the weight of the water being moved. This solution was divided by the density of the salt water at Seaquarium, which was 1.03 kilograms. The author did this to make you question who she really was and if she was as beautiful as you pictured she would be. Meanwhile, in the movie she was a very beautiful young lady that had long blonde flowing hair and pretty blue eyes. Prince Henpecking and Wesley were fighting over her and would do anything to be tit her. Everyone always talks about how beautiful Buttercup Is and she Is probably getting tired of all the comments and she may be getting tired of them. She says, Enough about my beauty, Everybody always talks about how beautiful I am. Ive got a mind, Wesley. Talk about that; (196). The only thing people know her for is her beauty. I know being called beautiful means a lot, but Im sure it gets old very fast. But at the same time all Buttercup wants to be recognized for is her knowledge and what she knows. Buttercup wasnt always the best decision-maker and made plenty f mistakes throughout the book, one being the choice not the bathe. Buttercup was always on the top on the list of being the prettiest young ladies, and she had a lot to look forward with being the prettiest. The book said, She hated to wash her face, she loathed the area behind her ears, she was sick of combing her hair and did so as little as possible (44). She was slowly but surely beginning to get lose her beauty and others were replacing her, In the movie, I believe that she would still be considered the most beautiful, because there were no other girls in the movie that she had to moment with. Another not-so-smart decision Buttercup made was the choice to marry someone she didnt even like just to marry them. She states It wasnt wrong to marry someone you didnt like, it Just wasnt right either (88), she states that because she didnt want to marry someone she didnt want to be with. People marry people because they love their special someone and want to be with them and not for their money nor whatever else they have to offer. In the movie she doesnt marry anyone. Prince Henpecking was trying to get her to marry him Instead of being with Wesley, the farm boy. Through the whole story and movie, Buttercup doesnt have the best relationships with other characters. Most of the relationships she has with other characters are very violent and not a good situation to be In. However, she has a very sweet, romantic relations Walt Wesley, especially In ten movie slyly Decease you could actually see them and not have to think about it while reading the book. They are perfect for each other. l can live without love (188), this was said by Buttercup when she was talking about she had to love someone and the person she loved could NOT die. Living without love is hard, and its lonely. Everyone needs someone in their life to depend on so they will have them for them when they need someone to talk to about anything at any time of the day and no matter where they may be in life. This has to do with Buttercup because she is lonely and needs someone. Something that Buttercup is very happy with is riding her horse. She doesnt have very strong relationships with people so she chooses the horse because she can get on it and ride it and get away from everything she is going through. That is something she has a good relationship with. Her passion was to ride her horse and taunt the farm boy. The author says, What she liked to do, preferred above all else really, was to ride her horse and taunt the farm boy (44). Throughout the book she makes me feel like she thinks she is better than everyone else but she doesnt think she is too good for anyone she Just like to be alone. Buttercup states, .. L Just like riding by myself, thats all (44). I think me and Buttercup have a lot in common considering she likes to be alone and I very much like to be alone and get mistaking to being stuck up and rude because of this. Everyone always thinks she is too good for anyone because she has always been under the light and everyone always caters to her. But she always keeps people thinking and on their toes. Buttercup and Hummingbirds relationship is not a loving relationship because they dont love each other the way Buttercup and Wesley does. Henpecking is nice to Buttercup when she is around him, but behind her back he talks bad about her and contemplates murdering her. Buttercup has a feeling that Henpecking is talking about her behind her back and later on she has a feeling that he didnt send Wesley to his ship and that he is holding him hostage somewhere.

Here is the definition of concentration and a look at different methods used to calculate it. Concentration Definition In chemistry, concentration refers to the amount of a substance per defined space. Another definition is that concentration is the ratio of solute in a solution to either solvent or total solution. Concentration usually is expressed in terms of mass per unit volume. However, the solute concentration may also be expressed in moles or units of volume. Instead of volume, concentration may be per unit mass. While usually applied to chemical solutions, concentration may be calculated for any mixture. Two related terms are concentrated and dilute. Concentrated refers to chemical solutions that have high concentrations of a large amount of solute in the solution. Dilute solutions contains a small amount of solvent compared with the amount of solvent. If a solution is concentrated to the point where no more solute will dissolve in the solvent, it is said to be saturated. Unit Examples of Concentration: g/cm3, kg/l, M, m, N, kg/L How to Calculate Concentration Concentration is determined mathematically by taking the mass, moles, or volume of solute and dividing it by the mass, moles, or volume of the solution (or less commonly, the solvent). Concentration Versus Dilution Another common usage of the term concentration refers to how concentrated a solution is. A concentrated solution contains as much solute as it can hold. Chemists often prefer to call such a solution saturated. In contrast, a solution that contains few solute particles is said to be dilute. In order to concentrate a solution, either more solute particles must be added or some solvent must be removed. If the solvent is nonvolatile, a solution may be concentrated by evaporating or boiling off solvent. Dilutions are made by adding solvent to a more concentrated solution. Its common practice to prepare a relatively concentrated solution, called a stock solution, and use it to prepare more dilute solutions. This practice results in better precision than simply mixing up a dilute solution because it can be difficult to obtain an accurate measurement of a tiny amount of solute. Serial dilutions are used to prepare extremely dilute solutions. To prepare a dilution, stock solution is added to a volumetric flask and then diluted with solvent to the mark. It has become more significant today than in previous years because organizations must master to adapt to the rapidly changing business cultures that have stemmed from a competitive market. In order to know how to handle a new workforce, and cope with the challenges of the new environment, the employers need to deliver their message about behavior and attitude of groups, and individuals in corporation. Organizational theorists tend to practice this culture and how it influences behavior. Strong cultures align with the overall goals of an organization, such as having an emphasis on innovation. On the other hand, weak cult ures degrade from business goals, and cause conflicts, such as overemphasizing bureaucratic rule-following. Today, Motivation and Culture are important to practice with Organizational Behavior because major organizations are encouraging team approach to solve difficulties. Todays post-industrial hi-tech organization requires knowledge intensive work environment and demands creativity from its own employees. Employers gave awareness to Organizational Behavior or soft skill training. The industrial revolution created the wants for hard skills. Employees who work in production line and were not required thinking or communicating to each other. But now, instead of standing behind the production line, employees need to sit in front of a computer, and control machine equipment who works in the production line. Now, employees are not only required to learn new technical skills but also how to communicate, negotiate, decentralize, and motivate within each other. Based on (Morgan, 1997: 5), we have to accept that any theory or perspective that we bring to the study of organization and management, while capable of creating valuable insights, is also incomplete, biased, and potentially misleading. Organizational behavior shows the important key points as Regulatory, and Radical. Basically, Regulatory helps to draw what goes on in organizations, possibly to present minor changes that might improve them, but not to make any basic judgment about whether what happens is correct or incorrect. Radical tends to make judgments about the way that organizations ought to be and provide recommendations on how this could be accomplished. Traditional organization used to practice Regulatory while new modern organization tends to act Radical. To well organize in budget controlling, new modern organization in today doesnt willing to give a long time for bank credit cards salesperson to hit their sales target. New modern organizations urge to get the results fr om salesperson whereas the salesperson should hit their monthly sales on time and accurately, if the salesperson failed to hit the target continuously in few months, employers reserved the rights to terminate the employee. The metaphor of a machine underwrites the work of the classical management theorists. According to Figure 1, it draws the three concepts for understanding the nature and organization of social science, which is Paradigms, Metaphors, and Puzzle Solving. Metaphor plays an important role in organization behavior. Metaphor is frequently regarded as no more than a literary and descriptive device for embellishment, but more fundamentally is a creative form which generates its effect though a crossing of images. Based on Figure 2, by Burrell and Morgan (1979), functionalist paradigm, which is also named as objective-regulation, is the first paradigm for organizational study. Its also a strong outline for the study of organizations and assume that rational human actions and believes one can be understand through the hypothesis testing. Due to the problem-solving orientation which is leads to rational explanation. It seeks to provide rational explanations of human affairs and its pragmatic and deeply rotten in sociological positivism. Relationships are concrete and can be identified studied and measured via science. Functionalist paradigm is based on upon the assumption that society has a concrete, real existence, and a systemic character oriented to produce an ordered and regulated state of affairs, it encourages an approach to social theory that focuses upon understanding the role of human begins in society. Behavior is always seen as being contextually bound in a real world of concrete and tangible social relationships. The functionalist perspective is primarily regulative and pragmatic in its basic orientation, concerned with understanding community in a way which arise useful empirical knowledge. According to Figure 2, by Burrell and Morgan (1979), interpretative paradigm, which is also called as subjective-regulation, is the paradigm whether organizations exist in any real sense beyond the conceptions of social actors, so understanding must be based on the experience of people who work in them. Basically, individuals seek to explain the stability of behavior from the selective viewpoint. Interpretative also explain the behavior from the individuals viewpoint. It emphasized the spiritual nature of the world. The interpretative social theorist tends to understand the process through which shared multiples realities arise, are sustained and changed. Like the functionalist, the interpretative approach is based on the assumption and belief that there is an underlying pattern and order within the social world. However, the interpretative theorist looks the functionalists attempt to institute an objective social science as an unattainable end. There is no fixed and formal guideline on how to overcome challenges at work into a motivation for individuals to reach job satisfaction, so that with the good practicing of Organizational Behavior, individuals are able to well handle the task pressure, and overcome the variety of challenges. Due to the research and learning of Organizational Behavior, individuals will be able to present and well-practiced a positive working attitude towards his own task and job responsibilities. One way for an organization to become more innovative is to capitalize on its own employees to innovate. All organizations and groups experience the direct relationship between job satisfaction, and performance. In order to maximize the performance of those within a system, it is significant important to develop an optimal interpersonal chemistry. There is more evidence that the teaching and implementation of soft skills should get higher emphasis in education and organization training process, but it should only complement hard skills, not substitute for it.
